Fiscal Analysis This action has no fiscal impact. Environmental Evaluation In keeping with California Public Resources Code Section 21065, this action does not constitute a “project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act in that it has no potential to cause either a direct physical change in the environment, or a reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. Therefore, it does not require environmental review. Public Notification This item was noticed in keeping with the Ralph M. Brown Act and it was available for public viewing and review at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting date. Exhibits None. Juvenile sustained major injuries. E- motorcycle towed two weeks prior during operation. Vehicle at fault. On Sept. 10, 2024, at 12:37 a.m., a vehicle traveling east on Las Palmas struck and killed a pedestrian and crashed into three parked cars. The driver fled but was later located and arrested for Felony H&R, DUI Causing Injury or Death and Vehicular Manslaughter.
