voted to APPROVE your request. The decision of the Planning Commission is final on the date of adoption
unless a written appeal to the City Council is filed with the City Clerk within ten (10) calendar days in
accordance with the provisions of Carlsbad Municipal Code section 21.54.150. The written appeal must
specify the reason or reasons for the appeal.
