ProjectDesign Consultants has field verified the building foundation formwork for
Buildings I, 64-67 and 69-76 of the above~referenced project. Upon our review of the
survey data collected on June 13, 2003, the constructed building formwork conforms
hori;r,ontally and vertically (±0.1 ') to the approved design.
* Please note that the foundation for Lot 68 sits 0.5' East of the designed position. This
position does not violate setback limits designated by City of Carlsbad zoning
requirements.
