BOUNDARY CERTIFICATION:
ii!!!! The boundary survey completed on the parcel establishes confirmation of setback compliance for
the new construction proposed with this permit. The proposed setback shown on the design
documents of 40' feet from the property boundary to the inside edge of the
foundation forms is confirmed to be in compliance with the proposed design. Applicable easements
and/or encroachments discovered were brought to the attention of the property owner, project
