Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. We are unsure if there is a newer or updated sign program filed with the city. Proposed sign program requests the same 5 wall signs of 22 s.f. on the same location, to be optionally illuminated with 12V LEDs. Three of the signs that are currently illuminated and have been permitted that way, that is why we do not know if there is an update to the sign program from 1998.
