ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONCURRENT MEETINGS: None.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEM: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 3:31 p.m. pursuant to the following:

1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION : That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Servin v. City of Carlsbad, Case #37-2024-00011348-CU-PO-NC pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(d}(l}.
Council Action: No reportable action.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING INITIATING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session to consider initiation of litigation of one case pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(d}(4}.
Council Action: No reportable action.
3. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS: Government Code Section 54957.6 as follows:
