CONSISTENCY DETERMiNATION
March 10 2022
Harding Street Neighbors, LP is proposing to replace the carports within the Pacific Wind
Development. The approved carports are shown on the construction drawings for the building
permits for the development (PC2021-0038). The enclosed plans propose a carport where the
solar panels serve as the roof of the structure on 6 of the carports" The remaining six carports
would have a metal roof and be designed to meet the style of the carports with solar panels"
The carports would be similar to those of the Marisol Carlsbad Apartments at Haymer Drive and
Lusieno Way" The height of the proposed carports would not exceed 12'8"" This is the same
mal<imum height of the approved carports. Should the consistency determination be approved,
construction drawings for the carports will be submitted as a construction change to the
building p!ans" Thank you for the consideration"
