The front fa~ade and covered canopy are to remain unchanged and in the same position on the site, and the back portion of the building will shift toward the front by approximately 14 feet. This will result in the reduction of the overall square footage compared to approved drawings and create additional space at the rear of the building. The overall design language and material palette will remain the same. Number of floors, occupancy type, and uses remain the same. The reduction in area has resulted in a few other plan layout changes, including the removal of a section of storefront in the showroom including (1) combination vehicle door and personnel door, which was not considered an exit door, so the life safety remains unchanged. Other changes include the removal of (1) New Car Delivery bay, and the squaring-off of the corner where the Exterior Event Space was located, which will now be located in the enlarged paved area behind the building. Finally, there was minor reorganization of some office areas, the Customer Lounge and Refreshments area, and updates to the furniture layout. The proposed revision does not create changes of greater than ten (10%); please see below for our analysis table.
