Revisions to floor plan
1. Delete top Level "Bonus Room" over Kitchen on east side of building. Create a vaulted clerestory over
Kitchen. Lowering overall height to less than 26 feet. Reducing floor area on the upper level. Reducing
the mass of the permitted building envelope on the east elevation
2. Delete the sloping roof and large dormer window over living room on east elevation lowering it to a flat
roof deck accessed from the master bedroom above. Reducing the mass of the house and remaining
with in the current permitted building envelope
3. Create an outdoor space replacing dining room and deleting the deleting the south west patio reducing
the floor area on the main level see table.
4. Adjust windows per new floor plan.
