Description of the Work of this Project:

Remodel the 1,454 s.f. interior Commons Area of the existing phase I building on site.
Rebuild 49 linear feet of existing southwest corner exterior wall as indicated on plans.
Additionally, enlarge the existing 17 66 s.f. playground area on the east side of the
existing Fellowship building to 2,925 s.f. by removing and building over six existing
parking spaces. The existing Conditional Use Permit for the site requires 339 parking
spaces. The removal of six parking spaces from the existing total of 365 spaces will leave
359 spaces on site -still 20 spaces more than required.
There will be no plumbing or mechanical work required as a part of this project -all
plumbing and mechanical systems exist in place and are to remain -no change.
The only new electrical work to be done as a part of this project is: //
1} The removal of four existing exterior can lights in the walkway cover. 1
2) Connect motors for two Renlita A-750 Nufold Overhead doors (120v 3(q,J to
existing power panel. /
All other electrical work exists in place and is to remain. /
