The project changes proposed are to enlarge the third-floor primary bathrooms to facilitate a superior design and to align the exterior walls with the walls below to simplify framing. The site plan includes a change to relocate a 6' wood gate to be outside of the front setback as the fence height limit was exceeded. Various interior modifications have also been made per client's request. These interior modifications do not affect the exterior look and feel of the buildings. For example, a stackable washer and dryer is provided in the laundry room to facilitate millwork, and the bonus room option for the 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms will be built.
