City of Carlsbad -Land Use team,
On behalf of Marja Acres ownership and tentative map CT 16-07, we would like to request an extension
given current TM expiration date is November 3, 2022. While we are working to secure final map
approval as soon as possible concurrent with our other related permits, we need to secure final map
approval no later than November 17
This is due to affordable housing grant money and related timelines that were discussed with city last week
on a joint city staff/project team meeting. However, since the mid-November timeframe is a few weeks
past the November 3 expiration date, we are requesting an extension in writing per code section 20.12.110
