TDM / TSM Strategies Requirement
The Project would be subject to implementing TDM and TSM strategies per Policy 3-P.11
if it adds more than 110 ADT or 11 peak-hour trips in a single direction of travel to an
exempt segment. The nearest exempt segments in the vicinity of the project is El Camino
Real (north of Marron Road).
Based on the projected trip assignment, the amount of traffic in both directions would be
less than the 110 ADT and 11 peak-hour trips. As a result, it can be determined that the
amount of traffic in a single direction would be less than the established thresholds. As a
result, the Project is not subject to implementing TDM and TSM strategies.
