Hi David,
When you re-submit you can just clarify that the drawing was not for building review. I went
ahead and removed those files from the record, so they won't be viewed by True North any
lonaer.
I spoke with Shay Glass (Carlsbad Engineering/Land Dev). It appears the ROW
ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS: documents were sent to True North in error. She has removed the same from
True Norths work load. This drawing was not for a building review.
Al. Sheet ROW-1: The site plan provided shows the area of work at the front of the property and over the
property line. Please review and revise.

STRUCTURAL COMMENTS:
Sl. Per city form B64, a soils report is required for pool built without sufficient setback from slopes or
adjacent foundation. The proposed location is within 12' of a 12' high retaining wall. A Soils report is
also a recommendation under General note #3 on sheet 100.
a) Provide the geotechnical engineer's stamp and signature on the foundation plan and all sheets
containing foundation details confirming that the foundation plan, details, and specifications have
been reviewed and that it has been determined that the recommendations in the geotechnical report
are properly incorporated into the plans.
