a) In the tenet improvements right section, specify the roofing material to have a Class A fire
classification. Per City of Carlsbad instruction. No work is proposed on the roof, remove note of
not applicable.

assembly areas and shall be analyzed with an occupant load factor of 15 instead of 50 or 150 per

D3. CBC 11B-202.3 requires that accessibility be provided to the altered spaces. This accessibility shall include
the requirements of CBC 11B-202.4, which entails: a primary entrance, a primary path of travel, sanitary
facilities serving the area, a drinking fountain, and signs. Please address the following:
a) Revise sheet A1.0 address the following:
i) On the site plan, specify the accessible route to be 5% maximum running slope with 2%
maximum cross slope per CBC 11B-403.3.
ii) Provide detectable warning where the accessible route crosses or adjoins the vehicular path

PART III: SAN DIEGO COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT (APCD): The following questions are intended to identify the majority of air pollution issues at the planning stage.
