High pile plans are approved. We are making an amendment to these plans since floor plan layout changed to accommodate for forklift. Please see sheet HP213 for new floor plan layout. Only type I and Type ci changed. They were previously proposed as double-row racks that were going to use deep-reach forklift. Type I and Type 0 are now proposed as single-row racks highlighted with a revision cloud and delta Al on sheet HP213. A new elevation sheet was added, HP3C, to show compliance of the flue space for the single-row racks. A 3" transverse flue space shall be maintained by using "keep clear" stickers. Please note that changes were only made to type I and Type 0. racks. Compliance for the other rack types remain the same. Another change that was made was the maximum storage height was increased from 24'-2" to 25'. Please note that the existing sprinkler system is able to protect up to 25 feet storage height and this is why height are been amended. Per building corrections, a note was added to the building plans stating that this facility will storage hazardous materials. They will not be stored on the racks and will not be part of the high pjj, but they will be stored elsewhere inside the facility.
