NOV-13-2003 THU 01:37 PM P 07 CPVCHangers Head SetTM Mounting Bracket No Block TM Hanger Manufactured for Central Sprinkler Company 451 North Cannon Avenue, Lansdale, Pennsylvania 19446 Product ,...,. Technical Description Data The Central Model SHBI Heed Set Hanger and the BlazeMaster CPVC No Block Hanger offer revolutionary time saving installation methods for the hanging of BlazeMaster CPVC pipe and for proper pre-placement of the sprinkler head before the ceiling is installed. The SHBI also provides vertical restraint of the Sprinkler Head eliminating the need for additional hangers. By aligning the appropriate serration on the depth tab with the bottom of the ceiling joist, the installer is assured of the desired and uniform finish to the sprinkler head location being positioned in the ceiling. Due to the unique design of the SHBI, "blocking" is not required to offset the centerline of piping to accomodato the sprinkler escutcheon from the side of the joist, The No Block BlazeMastor CPVC Hanger is a simple two-hole strap for hanging olazeMaster CPVC pipe. With the No Block Hangers, there is no longer the need to install "blocking" to offset piping from wall studs or the face of floor or ceiling joists. r3Installation 51101 Headset.
