COMMUNICATION FUNCTION DIAGNOSTICS The enhanced diagnostic menu enables technicians to check network and cellular communication status, cell signal strength, and email status from the keypad SUPERVISED CELLULAR COMMUNICATION Select from two versions of the CellCom Digital Cellular Communicator. The CellComRT Remote Communicator allows remote mounting up to 250 feet from the panel. The CelLComXR Communicator is the lowest cost XR100 option, and is mounted inside the panel enclosure. Panel diagnostics can verify the connection between the panel and the communicator, providing a fully supervised alarm communication path over the GSM/GPRS network. GUEST OPERATION Using the Home/Sleep/Away with Guest House operation, create up to two separate systems (main and one guest). Keypads in each system can selectively arm the perimeter, interior, or bedrooms for only their protected areas. Main system users can add authorized users to aLl protected areas, but guests can add users only for their protected system. MULTI-TENANT FUNCTIONS For commercial or multi-family residential installations, Multi-Tenant Operation enables the transmission of alarms and alerts by area account number instead of system account number enabling tenants and Central Stations to identify specific zone events. Tenants can only silence alarms originating in their protected area. AREAS Program up to eight areas with a variety of options, including independent arming. Each area has a unique name and may have its own account number. Common areas automatically arm when the last independent area is armed and disarm when the first independent area is disarmed. This is ideal for lobbies or areas where users need common access to specific areas. ZONE FOLLOWER OPERATION The Instant Arming option activates the system without the typical delay, allowing the user to leave the premises with confidence that the area is protected. Control any contact-activated device with schedules that automatically regulate relays and switched-ground outputs. DOOR STRIKE SCHEDULES WITH OVERRIDE Specific doors may use output schedules to unlock during certain times of the day or night, or the card reader can be completely disabled when desired. Aquatite Series keypads offer a brilliant Aqua colored LCD display and backlighting. \ L1 I Red Backlighting for Alarm Conditions VALUABLE VISUAL ALARM NDICATOR In a normal state, both the keypad and logo backlighting remain Blue on Aqualite keypads or Green on Thinline keypads. However, during an alarm state, the keypad and Logo turn Red. The change in color allows persons on-site to instantly recognize an alarm condition.
