Description/Explanation.

We are proposing a 1,640 square foot drive thru 11restaurant.
The site development plan was originally approved for a
750 square foot double drive thru restaurant. We have
eliminated one drive thru lane and increased the number of
parking spaces to surpass the minimum spaces required. We
have also enhanced the architectural design of the bui'lding
to be more condusive with the rest of th~ project as well as the
surrounding area. Other than the above changes, the site
development plan has substantially stayed the same as approved.
