Copies of the Policy forms should be read. They are available from the office which issued this report. Please read the exceptions shown or referred to below and the exceptions and exclusions set forth in Exhibit B of this report carefully. The exceptions and exclusions are meant to provide you with notice of matters which are not covered under the terms of the title insurance policy and should be carefully considered. The subject property is located at the southeast corner of El Camino Real and La Costa Avenue. The existing antennas are located in a clock tower across the parking lot to the east from a Bank of America office building (which is on a separate parcel). The topography is relatively flat and stable, and the subject property is fully developed with commercial buildings, a fully paved parking area, and landscaping. The attached photo survey illustrates the existing conditions of the subject property. 33.
