I have also attached the approved Sign Program for our Shopping Center. While Pacific Premier Bank chose the size of the signage it preferred, the Sign Program may have allowed for a bit more signage. While I believe the east and south facing sign elevations are appropriate in size (they are only visible from within the Center), Columbia Bank might want to consider somewhat larger signage on the west facing elevation (which faces El Camino Real, the main thoroughfare through Carlsbad). But take a look at the Sign Program and see if you agree that somewhat larger signage on the west elevation would be allowed. If so, and if Columbia wants a bit larger signage on the west elevation, let me know what Columbia Bank would like to propose. Thank you.
