It supports a point load from a girder truss above and isn't there a floor beam it also supports? (bearing wall above supporting trusses). Please show it. B Specify whether this was a shear wall. If so, this needs to addressed by the engineer. The lateral calcs appear to assume some interior shear walls. Please identify these on the plans (existing or new). ii) The calcs for the header at the new 9' widened window opening in the kitchen do not match the framing plan. There is a point load from a header above which supports trusses (including a girder truss).
