rear yard including patio cover. fire pil, water feature. spa, pilasters and platform for prefab
fireplace installation. Your plan was approved with notes by the Architectural Review
Committee as follows:

Enclosed you will find a construction approval card. You must place the card In a visible
location that can be seen from the street during construction to indicate that approval has been
obtained.
BEFORE GETTING STARTED, ..
Before signing a contract, it is recommended homeowners check the status of the contractor's
licenses and any complaint information that may be filed against them. You con do this by
calling the Contractors State License Board at l -800-321 -2752. Once you have contracted with
a company to install your property improvements. please advise them of the following
restrictions:
l . Posting of Contractor's Sign: Many contractors like to post their sign on the homeowner's
proper1y while under construction as o method of advertising their services. These signs
ore not allowed within the community pursuant to the CC&R's. We wonted to let you
know this is in case your contractor asks to post their sign on your property.
2. Storing of Construction Materials: Please advise your contractor that all construction
materials must be kept on your property and not placed or stored on the street, sidewalk
or in any fashion that may impact one of the neighboring properties o r common area.

In addition to review of the photos, the Community Architectural Committee may visit the site
within (60) days after receiving the Notice of Completion if they are unable to determine from
photos if the Improvements were constructed according to the approved drawings.
Please keep your approved plan with your permanent property files. This information should be
conveyed to the new owner should you sell your residence.
