CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING ANTICIPATED LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session regarding significant exposure to litigation of one case, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2).
Council Action: No reportable action.
2. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF APPOINTED PUBLIC EMPLOYEE: That the City Council, by motion,
authorize a closed session regarding personnel matters pursuant to California Government Code
Sections 54957(b) as follows:
