City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 3:45 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF APPOINTED PUBLIC EMPLOYEE AND CONFERENCE WITH LABOR
NEGOTIATORS: That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding personnel
matters pursuant to California Government Code Sections 54957(b) and 54957.6 as follows:
