(f)-If anything, the ordinance would support programs to reduce the flow of sediment in the stormwater conveyance system. IV.(a)-Drainage patterns may be altered if the drainage contains pollutants that can be removed or treated to reduce or eliminate pollutants (to the maximum extent practicable) from the stormwater conveyance system. As a result, the amount of surface runoff may be reduced. (15.12.080) IV.(d)--Any change in the quantity of surface runoff will impact the ultimate amount of surface water in local water bodies. (15.12.080) VII.(a-e)-The ordinance may improve water habitats. IX.(d)-The ordinance may reduce exposure to potential health problems. XI. ( d)-The ordinance may require increased maintenance of storm drains, increased street sweeping, and increased maintenance of public facilities. XI.(e)-Increased governmental staffing may be needed to carry out inspection, maintenance, and enforcement provisions of the ordinance. XII.(e)-It is not anticipated that new or altered stormwater drainage facilities will be required as a result of the ordinance. However, a financing mechanism is in place for such improvements if they become necessary. XVI.( c )-The purpose and intent of the ordinance is to improve the environment and REDUCE adverse effects on human beings. (15.12.010) Those items checked "no impact" and not explained above are not addressed in the ordinance and would not be impacted by the ordinance.
