The project is described as lots 1, 2 and 8 which is detailed on approved Palomar Forum Final Map CT 99-06 and approved PIP 05-05 (Greyhawk Business Park). The lot will contain 9 airspace units with a total ground floor area of 270,630 square feet. Environmental compliance is established by way of Mitigated Negative Declaration and Addendum, and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program GP A O 1-07 I ZC O 1- 06/CT 99-06/HDP 99-03/PIP 01-03 which was approved by Planning Commission (Resolution 5031) on October 17, 2001 and adopted by City Council (Resolution 2001- 352) on December 4, 2001. Final Map for Carlsbad Tract CT 99-06 (Resolution 2004- 177) Palomar Forum in which Lots 1,2 and 8 is contained, was passed, approved and adopted by City Council on June 1, 2004. The Planned Industrial Permit 05-05 was approved by the Planning Director on May 2, 2006.
