Description/Explanation: The proposed project is for the creation of a 116 lot / 93,unit private residential subdivision within Neighborhoods 2.1 & 2.2 located in the La Costa Ridge Village of the Villages of La Costa Master Plan. The project will consist of 93 single,family lots all with a lot area greater than 7,500 square feet. Included within the proposed tentative map are 15 open space lots and 7 private street lots. The project design is consistent with the guidelines within the Villages of La Costa Master Plan, the Zone 11 LFMP (B) and the applicable mitigation measures as set forth in the Program EIR for the Villages of La Costa Master Plan.
