After careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding this request, the Planning Director has determined that the application qualifies for a consistency determination with the approved permit and therefore, approves the architectural and building location changes to the project based on Planning Director Administrative Policy No. 35. Please submit One (1) blueline copy (24" X 36") of all applicable exhibits for the project file of the amended building floor plans, elevations, building sections and roof plans to adequately supercede the approved exhibits labeled Sheets 35 through 52 of 100 for Planning Area T~o and Sheets 7 4 through 96 of 100 for Planning Area Four of Planned Unit Development Permit 03-06. This approval is for architectural consistency only and this project will require a Substantial Conformance application through the Engineering Department to modify the Tentative Tract Map CT 03-01 to reflect the adjustment of the parcel lines for the placement of the buildings.
