A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, REVISING AND APPROVING THE HOUSING COMMISSION 2025
REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE
Exhibit 1
WHEREAS, the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined it will
establish its scheduled Regular Meetings by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code §54954) provides for the establishment
of an annual Regular Meeting calendar procedure; and
WHEREAS, Special Meetings of the Housing Commission will be called as necessary following
the requirements of the Brown Act (Government Code §54956).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. For calendar year 2025, the Housing Commission Regular Meetings shall take place on
the following Thursdays at 4 p.m.
Nov. 13, 2025
Dec. 11, 2025
3. That the adopted 2025 meeting schedule will be posted to the city's website.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Meeting of the Housing Commission of the City of
Carlsbad on the 9th day of October, 2025, by the following vote, to wit:
