The foundations are being reconstructed per the plans prepared by ·George Gouvis Structural Engineers. The geotechni cal parameters for this design were submitted by our firm. In ou r op1 n1 on , the r ecently observed soil conditions are simi lar to, or better than, those in the preparation of the geotechnical recommendations that were used for the foundation design. Moisture conditioning of the subgrade was accomplished following r emova l of previous slab/foundation and after excavation for the new foundations.
