Recommended Action
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session under Government Code Section
54956.9(d)(1) regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Hillard, Stephanie v. City of Carlsbad
Case No. 24CU026849C
Any required report of closed session action will occur at the City Council meeting starting at
5:00 p.m.
