A total of four units to allow for improved zone temperature control. The revised space plan does not call for this improved zone temperature control, hence, we are proposing only a single unit for now with a thermostatically controlled register in the one north face office. Additionally, the attached cooling load calculaUon for the space shows that the estimated load with safety factor matches well with the proposed installed capacity. To conclude, the original plans were over designed. The current plans are designed well for the proposed "spec suite" use. Call with any questions.
