COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
B W Drywall, Inc. has completed the contract work required for CIP 4715 City of Carlsbad Public
Safety Center Improvements — Selective Drywall Work - PWM21-1243FAC. City forces have
inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:
IMPROVEMENTS VALUE
Drywall removal, replacement and painting labor $4,911.33
Drywall and painting materials $536.34
TOTAL VALUE $5,447.67
