ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
HPS Mechanical, Inc. has completed the contract work required for Project No. 4613, Pine
Beach Bathroom Lift Station Modifications. City forces have inspected the work and found it to
be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

Pine Beach Bathroom lift station wet well
and replace with new piping, pump stands and
guide rail system.

accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
