Is now deemed in compliance with Carlsbad Municipal Code§§ 6.16.015.D, 6.16.015.H,
21.41.110 and California Health and Safety Code 17920.3 A.12, as a condition of a Settlement
Agreement and Release, which is separately recorded against the Property. The Owners of
Record have been notified thereof.
A Certificate of Compliance is hereby recorded by the City of Carlsbad, and all applications for
permits of any kind, including but not limited to development permits, grading permits, use
permits, major and minor subdivisions, rezones, specific plans, specific plan amendments,
general plan amendments, discretionary approvals and building permits may be submitted for
approval.
