ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
CSM Waterworks has completed the contract work required for PR-MPW-24008R, ALGA NORTE
SPLASH PAD LIFE FLOOR INSTALLATION. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be
satisfactory. The work consisted of:
IMPROVEMENTS
CSM to supply 1,237 SQ FT of 3/8" thick Life Floor
materials per approved Phase 1 design, prep
concrete for new Life Floor tiles, supply qualified
labor to install Life Floor Tiles per customer
drawings, supply all tools & rental equipment
required to prep the floor for Life Floor install.
VALUE
$59,995.00

CITY MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The construction of the above described contract is deemed complete and hereby accepted. The City
Clerk is hereby authorized to record the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance
with State Law and City Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described improvements.
