ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Amerivet Contracting has completed the contract work required for PWM26-3901 FAC -Police &
Fire Headquarter Awning Removal. City forces have inspected the work and found it to be
satisfactory. The work consisted of:
IMPROVEMENTS
City of Carlsbad
Removed the existing louvered metal awnings,
applied caulking & waterproofing to the screw
holes, and installed break metal (aluminum strips)

CITY MANAGER'S ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
