RESOLUTION NO. 2025-001
A RESOLUTION OF THE TRAFFIC SAFETY AND MOBILITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE 2026 REGULAR
TRAFFIC SAFETY AND MOBILITY COMMISSION MEETING CALENDAR
WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety & Mobility Commission has determined that it will establish its
scheduled regular meetings annually by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Ralph M. Brown Act, specifically California Government Code Section 54954,
provides for the establishment of an annual regular meeting calendar procedure; and
WHEREAS, all regular meetings will be scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. at the Council Chamber
located at 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive; and
WHEREAS, special meetings of the Traffic Safety & Mobility Commission will be called as
necessary following the requirements of the Brown Act, specifically California Government Code
section 54956.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Traffic Safety & Mobility Commission of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.That the 2026 calendar establishing the dates and locations for regular Traffic Safety &
Mobility Commission meetings (Attachment A) is approved.
3.That the 2026 calendar will be posted to the city’s website.
4.That all regular meetings will be scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. at the Council
Chamber located at 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the Traffic Safety & Mobility
Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 8th day of December 2025, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Coelho, Penseyres, Newlands, Kohl, Nicholes, Schuck.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Proulx.
