ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Fordyce Construction, Inc. has completed the contract work required for Project No. 5024-6,
PWS25-3614UTIL, B-Tap Reservoir Site Improvements. City forces have inspected the work
and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

Construct new storm drain and associated catch basins,
grading, asphalt paving, remove and replace asphalt
berms, manhole frames and covers, curb, gutter,
sidewalk, and street light conduit and junction box

The Carlsbad Municipal Water District is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above
