Industrial, LLC (the “Company”), hereby certifies that:
1. The Company is a limited liability company duly formed and validly in existence under the laws of the State of California, and is registered with the Secretary of State California under file number 201420910427.
2. Lincoln Property Company, LLC is the property management company hired by the Company to manage the Property under a property management agreement. The responsibilities of the property manager include construction management, which may require the property manager to apply for permits and complete other necessary documents required for construction.
3. Nichole Burg is employed by Lincoln Property Company, is the property manager for the Property, and is authorized to sign permit applications and other necessary documents required for construction and property management pertaining to the Property.
4. Eric Gluck is Senior Vice President of Lincoln Denali Investment Advisors LLC, which is the manager of Lincoln Manager I, LLC, which is the manager of Denali Industrial Properties, LLC, which is the sole member of Denali California Faraday Industrial, LLC, and he, as such
officer, has the sole authority to legally bind the owner, Denali California Faraday Industrial, LLC, for the Permanent Stormwater Quality Best Management Practice Maintenance Agreement. Sincerely,
