CITY OF CARLSBAD, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF NO. 6529, FILED IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN DIEGO
has been approved for an ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT by the City of Carlsbad on October
30, 2025. Said approval restricts the property as follows:

per California GovernmentCodeTitle 7, Division 1, Chapter 13"AccessoryDwelling Units"

66315 and 66323 of the California Government Code, or a successor statute, if the

prohibited.
