NOTICE OF DECISION
SUBJECT: CT 98-21/SDP 98-24/HDP 98-23 -SEA VIEW 9-LOT SUBDIVISION
At the Planning Commission meeting of October 20, 1999, your application was considered. The
Commission voted 6-0 (Commissioner Welshons was absent) to RECOMMEND APPROVAL of your
request for Tentative Tract Map and Hillside Development Permit and APPROVE your request for a Site
Development Permit. The decision of the Planning Commission on the Site Development Permit
becomes final on the approval date of the City Council of the Tentative Tract Map and Hillside
Development Permit.
