ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Seaside Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM25-
3881 FAC -Fire Station No. 3 Server Room Mini Split Replacement. City forces have inspected
the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
