ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Seaside Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has completed the contract work required for PWM26-
3908FAC -Senior Center HVAC Controls Replacement. City forces have inspected the work and
found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
