Revise plans to add: sign square footage and a calculation of total lineal feet of building frontage where Wall Sign is proposed (measure corner to corner). Sign Ordinance CMC 21.41.095 – Table B allows 40 square feet per sign, not to exceed 1 square foot per each lineal foot of building frontage. SIGN ORDINANCE - CMC 21.41.095 – TABLE B: https://ecode360.com/44012163 2. Revise plans to conform to the standard at CMC 21.41.095 – Table B – Maximum Number of Signs “1 per street frontage”. The additional logo sign on the wall that faces Valley View St exceeds that maximum. The logo sign that faces McCauley Lane is allowed, as shown, since that is a different “street frontage”. 3. Revise what appears to be “place-holder text” on Page SN-05 (the last page) of plans. Planning is not able to Approve anything vague with regards to signage on the plans.
