CALL TO ORDER: 4 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Blackburn, Bhat-Patel, Acosta, Burkholder, Shin.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONCURRENT MEETINGS: None.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEM: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session under California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) regarding
existing litigation in the matter of:
King, et al. v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2024-0002210-CU-EI-NC
Council Action: No reportable action.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS: That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding personnel matters pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6 as follows:
