At the September 7, 2016 Planning Commission meeting, your application was considered. The
Commission voted 5-0-2 {Black and Siekmann) to approve your request. The decision of the Planning
Commission is final on the date of adoption unless a written appeal to the City Council is filed with the
City Clerk within ten {10) calendar days in accordance with the provisions of Carlsbad Municipal Code
section 21.54.150. The written appeal must specify the reason or reasons for the appeal.
