SUBJECT: cd'os-04-LEGOLAND PIRATE SHORES
The Planning Director has completed a review of your application for Consistency Determination
CD 06-04 -LEGOLAND PIRATE SHORES, (APN: (APN: 211-100-09/Project No. SOP 96-
14(8)/CDP 96-16(8) -LEGOLAND CALIFORNIA EXPANSION AREA 3 AND THE PIRATES
CLUSTER). After careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding this request, the
Planning Director has determined that the application qualifies for a consistency determination
with the approved permit and therefore, approves the changes to the project based on Planning
Director Administrative Policy No. 35.
The plans which were submitted for the determination will be stamped as "Planning Department
Approval" exhibits and retained on file. Future building permits will be reviewed for consistency
with the revised plan.
