Bay City Equipment Industries, Inc. d.b.a. Bay City Electric Works has completed the contract
work required for PWM26-3962FAC -Senior Center & Fleet Generator Radiators. City forces
have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

City Clerk is hereby authorized to record the Notice of Completion and release the bonds in
accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described
improvements.
